Islamabad Decent Homes :

Initially launched in 2005 as Islamabad Hills, this project was envisioned by the innovative British- Pakistani entrepreneur Nasir Mahmood. Now that the model house has been completed to the strict standards originally specified, the project has been relaunched. Red Sun Associates are the master developer and will continue to produce the highest build quality in the ongoing phases of development.

The model house is complete and very beautifully built and decorated and is open to the public for viewing. Located within the boundary on the outskirts of Islamabad in a CDA approved scheme.

Sector D17 is fully developed and has all amenities. This sector promises to be an excellent location within the next 2-3 years. 15 minutes drive from F10.

Decent Homes are offered in two plot sizes - 30x70 and 30x80. The house design will be similar on both plot sizes but obviously the larger plot will have a bigger front lawn providing a nice space to enjoy the outdoors.

MODEL HOUSE Walkthrough:

The Solid Oak front door leads into the spacious TV Lounge (13'9x26) which has a vaulted ceiling (double height). The huge double height Georgian style windows to the front provide ample light making the TV Lounge and Upper Gallery / Lounge a bright and airy family space.

Doors lead off into the Kitchen (14x9), Master Bedroom (18'9x13 with a large en-suite bathroom (7x12) with corner bath.

There is a sliding door to a central patio which is open to the sky and provides additional light into the lounge as well as being a great place for a rockery or fountain feature. A large doorway leads into the Dining (14x10) and Drawing (13'3x13) rooms.

Another Solid Oak door leads back outside to the double height covered car porch.

Stairs in the lounge lead up to an upper lounge area with gallery overlooking the downstairs lounge. There are doors leading to the four other bedrooms which all have attached en-suite bathrooms.

This is a spacious 5 bedroom house with some excellent features. The 30x80 version is the same but with a bigger front lawn.
